Presentation of the Taipei Fine Arts Museum:
Limbo Zone
In reference to the main theme of the biennial, this
exhibition is dedicated to an imaginary zone between "dream"
and "conflict". In the sense of "limbo" (Latin:
limbus) as an in-between, an untouchable boundary area, it is about
both the subconscious in dreams themselves, as well as the imagining
of utopias, which comes into conflict with reality.
