Presentation's title: Reverie and Phantasm in the Epoch of Global Trauma As can be read in curator Apinan Poshyananda's text, the exhibition reacts to a changed view that many people in the "West" have of Asia. Earlier exotic projections have given way to the fear of terrorism. The artists represented here play the role of exporters of Thai Exotica. But behind the nice fassade, they express themselves, sometimes quite drastically, about globally spread traumas. More about, see the press release.
