The artist group deals with the utopia of "micronations" - meaning the utopic idea of a community of like-minded people, who aspire to operate uninhibited by established power structures. The piece in the City Hall represents a fictional micronations' summit, taking place at the Biennale and convened by Lee Kuan Yew, the "creator" and "architect" of modern Singapore.
