In the cooking pots are various Latin American stews, each cooking with a different consistency according to the ingredients, and for this reason each stew makes a different sound. I record the sound at the moment of transformation, in a metaphorical sense, between the physical and the metaphysical. And that is also a bit similar to a reflection on the Latin American strategies for the extent to which we must change ourselves without losing the essence of who we are.
