Fort and Shalimar Gardens in Lahore The historic Lahore Fort was built in the 11th century A.D. As a long line of rulers made additions, it includes different phases of Mogul architecture. The Shalimar Gardens were laid out during the reign of Shah Jehan in the early 1640's. 360-degree images (Quicktime) and map of the site registered on the World Heritage List by UNESCO.
