Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF)

Established in February 1997 by members of the Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM), with headquarters in Singapore. The foundation aims to promote better understanding between the societies of Asia and Europe. It reports to an International Board of Governors comprised of representatives from the 38 ASEM countries and the European Commission. The international ASEF events in intellectual, cultural and people-to-people exchange are held in many of its members countries. [en]

Asia-Europe Museum Network (ASEMUS)

Network for co-operative projects between museums in Asia and Europe, supported by the Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF). The secretariat is located at the National Museum of World Culture in Sweden. [en]

Asia-Pacific Regional Centre of the Culturelink Network

Established in 1997 by the Korean National Commission for UNESCO as the focal point of Culturelink Network (IRMO) in the Asia-Pacific region. Goals: enhancing co-operation in research and cultural development by linking research, information and documentation centres. [en]
